The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Eloise Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Elder McKinley Wright
Condolence: I was sorry to hear of the passing of Eloise but the same experience lies ahead for all of us because we are descendants of Adam. Eloise and I began school together at Graham School in Wheeler County. Even then she said that when she married she was going to have two children and would name them George and Martha. She had just learned about George and Martha Washington. Many years later I was her pastor for two or three years. Marthaq, just know that your mother was one fine lady. In Love, McKinley Wright
